Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
We are currently only able to ship our products within Canada and the U.S. We offer free regular shipping in Canada for orders over $149.
We ship via Canada Post, and USPS (in the States), with shipping options easily available to you when you checkout. Shipping speed will vary based on the option chosen at checkout. You always save money by ordering more products per shipment.
Please allow 2-4 business days handling time before your order is shipped, plus the shipping time as estimated at checkout. Average shipping times vary from 5-7 days across Canada, and 4-10 days across the U.S.
Sending a gift? That's awfully nice of you. In the "Order Notes" section at checkout, please specify that this is a gift. Use your address as the billing address, and the recipient's address as the shipping address. We will send the invoice to you, and the gift to its new home!

Return & Exchange Policy
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, always! If you’re unsatisfied with your product, please contact our Customer Care team at info@candlcouture.ca. So that we can better assist you, please include your order number followed by the request in the subject line, for example

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order and require proof of purchase (e.g. your order number, order confirmation email, etc).
If your order arrived damaged or if you're experiencing an issue with your product, please include photos and a detailed description in your email, and we'll get started on your exchange or replacement order ASAP.
Refunds are processed on unused, undamaged products only. Please return your items back to Candl Couture HQ in the original packaging and ensure that the shipment is carefully packed, as we're unable to process refunds on items that arrive broken.
Refunds are applied to returned product only and do not cover any original shipping fees. As a small, growing business, we are currently unable to pay for return shipping. Once submitted, refunds typically return to the original payment method within 3-10 business days.
